This Privacy Policy applies to the Serene Balance mobile application and related services operated by Mahler GmbH (the “Service Provider”).

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity. Mahler does not retain this information or use it for tracking.

Serene Balance does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, Mahler does not share such information with third parties.

Serene Balance does not create server-side user profiles, does not require user accounts, and does not keep a server-side history of your ordinary in-app activity.

Any records, habits, check-ins, settings, or other information stored locally by the Application on your device remain under your control and are not retained by Mahler as personal data on its servers.

If you voluntarily contact Mahler outside normal app use, for example by email, the information you send may be retained only as needed to respond to your request, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.

Where Serene Balance stores records or preferences locally on your device, you can remove that local information using controls available in the Application, by clearing the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application.

If you voluntarily provided personal information to Mahler outside normal app use, such as by sending an email, you may request deletion by contacting support@mahler.it.com. Mahler will handle such requests in accordance with applicable law.

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. Mahler does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected through ordinary use of the Application itself.

Because Serene Balance does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of such data through Mahler systems is limited. No technical system is completely secure, and Mahler applies reasonable safeguards to systems and to any information it may lawfully hold.

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting ordinary app-user personal data is minimal. If a security incident affects personal information that you voluntarily provided to Mahler, Mahler will take appropriate steps and provide notifications where required by applicable law.

Mahler may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date.

If you voluntarily provide information to Mahler and processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
